When I created Online Concillium, it was a research project for my university and the ENACTUS program. We were trying to address the problem of low-income children having very rare diseases that exceed the diagnostic and knowledge capacities of their local health authorities. Concillium represents a network of medical students and top researchers donating time to diagnose and make recommendations about very rare illnesses. It's more than a research project--it's finding hope for many.
As a student of Kyiv National Economic University in the ENACTUS program, it has been my privilege to work across countries with teams addressing health and human problems through innovation and technology. You can learn more about my work at: http://enactuskneu.weebly.com/online-concilium-2017.html
I believe that many, but not all, of our human struggles can be addressed through better technology, faster responses, closer networks. I also believe that the old-fashioned limits of geography for business and problem-solving are dissolving.
