How do we relate to our grandfathers? How do their stories, their memories, make sense to us? And even as we believe we live in a completely new reality, how do our grandfathers' instincts and inflections find their way into our own? My background is in literature, political science, and civic engagement, with degrees from University of Yangon, University of Massachusetts, and Kyushu University. I'm a social media ambassador for ASEAN Youth, and organizer of writers' cooperative in Yangon.
